A half-length depiction of the Madonna in Renaissance style robes with Christ on her left and the other saints shown behind, Saint Sebastian portrayed in usual form with his wounds and Saint Jerome, on the left, holds a stone in his right hand, recalling his years of pénitence as a hermit in the Syrian desert.
